Duties and Responsibilities:

The assistant will execute donor stewardship processes, monitor supporter engagement, and handle onboarding for new supporters. Daily tasks involve entering donor data into the fundraising/CRM software, processing donations accurately, assisting with mailings and campaign tracking, and providing administrative support for fundraising activities. Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a high school diploma and have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in fields such as fundraising, customer care, or telemarketing. Proficiency in the MS Office suite is required, along with a general understanding of database systems. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is fluency in both Croatian and English. A systematic work approach, accuracy, and attention to detail are also required, along with a basic understanding of customer/donor relations and fundraising principles.

Educational Background:
While a high school diploma is the minimum requirement, a Bachelor's degree in Humanities, Business, or a related field is considered an asset. This educational background can enhance the candidate's understanding of the role and its responsibilities, particularly in the context of fundraising and donor engagement.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, particularly in areas related to fundraising, customer care, or telemarketing. Experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, is preferred, as is familiarity with fundraising principles and practices. Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous for candidates applying for this position.

Languages:
Fluency in Croatian and English is mandatory for this role. Proficiency in additional languages may be considered an asset, enhancing communication with a broader range of supporters and stakeholders.

The position is full-time and fixed-term, with an initial contract duration of 19 months, ending on December 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension based on performance and funding availability.
