Job Overview:
The position involves providing territorial consultancy aimed at strengthening the CAMAD strategy for comprehensive care of individuals in street situations in the Cúcuta area, including El Tarra and Sardinata. Duties and Responsibilities:
The consultant will have a range of duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
  • Participating in the design and implementation of social strategies and programs aimed at supporting individuals in street situations.
  • Collaborating with local authorities, social organizations, and community actors to develop and execute social actions.
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations of the needs of vulnerable populations to inform program development.
  • Facilitating workshops and training sessions for community members and local stakeholders on issues related to social inclusion and support for at-risk populations.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of implemented strategies and programs, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Engaging with community members to raise awareness about available services and support mechanisms.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a technical or professional degree in any field of knowledge. For technicians or technologists, a minimum of 24 months (2 years) of relevant experience is required, while professionals must have at least 12 months (1 year) of experience in similar roles. Experience should include participation, support, or coordination of social, community, health, or social protection programs. Candidates should also have experience working with local entities and organizations in the development of social actions, as well as direct or indirect work with vulnerable populations or those at risk of social exclusion. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate skills in planning and participating in community strategies and social care actions.
