Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Online Volunteer include:
Developing high-quality static and interactive maps that illustrate humanitarian program coverage and service availability.
Producing user-friendly dashboards, infographics, and visual summaries to support analysis and reporting.
Compiling, cleaning, and harmonizing datasets from various sources to ensure consistency and usability.
Supporting spatial analysis of needs and service delivery coverage to inform planning and targeting.
Generating visual products for situation reports, donor reports, and presentations.
Maintaining and updating geospatial datasets and mapping layers relevant to UNFPA programs.
Collaborating with teams to identify priority indicators and visualization needs.
Contributing to data quality assurance by identifying inconsistencies and proposing corrective measures.
Supporting inter-agency information management initiatives and ensuring alignment with data standards. 1
