Job Overview: The ET Temporary (Team Assistant) position at IFC in Kampala, Uganda, is designed to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the CAEUG team and visiting missions. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the ET Temporary (Team Assistant) include providing high-quality administrative support to the team, which encompasses scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements in compliance with IFC policies. The assistant will prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to IFC standards. Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of five years of professional experience in administrative support, office management, or a related field, preferably in an international or multicultural environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools is required, along with strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. A high level of attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities are also necessary qualifications for this role.
