Organising the policy documents in a manner that makes them easily accessible for staff and volunteers.
Collaborating with staff to gather feedback on the current policies and identify areas for improvement.
Ensuring that all documentation aligns with the organisation's child protection standards and safeguarding policies.
Assisting in the development of new policies as needed, based on the review findings.
Providing recommendations for best practices in policy documentation and governance.
Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:
Strong understanding of child protection principles and safeguarding policies.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Experience in policy review or development, particularly in the non-profit or child protection sector.
