The Finance Manager will have a comprehensive set of duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to: implementing NRC’s financial systems and procedures at the area level; ensuring adherence to NRC policies, handbooks, guidelines, and donor requirements; preparing and submitting financial reports and analyses; managing the finance team and ensuring proper filing of all support documents; supporting line managers in financial procedures and training; maintaining budget control and monitoring cash flow; ensuring compliance with the global and local Financial Handbook; preparing budgets and financial reports for donors; verifying purchase requests, purchase orders, and vouchers; participating in procurement committee meetings; ensuring timely payments to staff, contractors, and suppliers; reviewing and posting financial data in Agresso; preparing bank reconciliations; monitoring budgets and advising the Area Manager on spending; and supporting the preparation for annual audits.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Finance Manager position must possess a minimum of a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related field. Additionally, they should have at least three years of experience working in finance within a humanitarian or recovery context. Previous experience in complex and volatile environments is essential, along with documented results related to the responsibilities of the position.
