Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide strategic advice to the Ministry of Tribal Affairs on policies and programs related to tribal development.
Conduct assessments of existing programs and initiatives to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and tribal organizations, to ensure a coordinated approach to tribal development.
Facilitate capacity-building workshops and training sessions for government officials and tribal leaders.
Monitor and evaluate the implementation of tribal development programs and provide feedback to the Ministry.
Prepare reports and presentations on findings and recommendations for the Ministry and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in social sciences, development studies, or a related field.
