Job Overview: The position of Volontaire en ligne Assistant-e en Mobilisation des Ressources et Partenariats is designed to support UNFPA's mission in Burundi by enhancing the organization's resource mobilization efforts. The volunteer will work under the direct supervision of the International Assistant in Resource Mobilization and Partnerships and will coordinate with the UNFPA Resident Representative in Burundi to set priorities. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Volontaire en ligne Assistant-e en Mobilisation des Ressources et Partenariats include:
Monitoring and analyzing funding opportunities to support UNFPA's initiatives.
Assisting in the drafting of concept notes and project briefs.
Updating databases of partners and donors regularly.
Identifying funding opportunities from various sources, including governments, foundations, and the private sector.
Maintaining an up-to-date database of potential donors and partners.
Contributing to the writing of project proposals and grant applications.
Participating in meetings and events to establish relationships with potential partners.
Preparing presentations and communication documents for meetings with donors and partners.
Analyzing trends and funding opportunities in reproductive health, gender equality, and combating gender-based violence. 1
Contributing to the preparation of reports on resource mobilization activities and outcomes. 1
Following up on donor commitments and updating internal databases. 1

Required Qualifications: Candidates for the position should possess strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying funding opportunities. Educational Background: A background in international relations, development studies, public health, or a related field is preferred.
