Duties and Responsibilities: The Project Associate (Training) will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
Developing training materials for the capacity development program, ensuring they are relevant and effective for the target audience.
Assisting in the creation of a capacity building plan focused on Village Court issues, including the development of training curricula, manuals, and guidelines.
Organizing and conducting training sessions for elected representatives and administrative staff, ensuring they understand the role and function of Village Courts.
Providing administrative support for the training component, including maintaining training files, managing logistics, and preparing training plans and budgets.
Coordinating with various stakeholders, including NGOs and local administration, to facilitate smooth implementation of training initiatives.
Monitoring and evaluating training events, collecting feedback, and updating training databases.
Reporting on training progress and outcomes to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a minimum of secondary education, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Sociology, Social Welfare, Economics, Political Science, Public Administration, International Relations, or Law. A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience is required for those with a high school diploma, or 4 years for those with a Bachelor's degree.
