Job Overview: The position of Coordinateur de Plaidoyer involves working under the supervision of the Advocacy Pole Manager - Hunger and Conflicts Pole. The primary mission is to coordinate the definition and implementation of the project for Action contre la Faim, aimed at mobilizing various stakeholders related to the event. This role requires a strategic approach to project implementation, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed effectively and in alignment with the organization's goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting advocacy actions related to the project, which may include engaging with partners, conducting research, and preparing analytical tools and communication materials. Contributing to the definition of the project strategy and determining the implementation modalities for the project's axes.
Ensuring the internal implementation and coordination of the project, maintaining effective communication with all involved parties.
Developing and supporting advocacy actions related to the project, which may involve outreach to various stakeholders and partners.
Conducting thorough research and analysis to inform project decisions and strategies.
Preparing tools and methods for data collection and analysis, ensuring compliance with confidentiality procedures.
Contributing to the drafting of influence tools, legal analyses, and communication materials.
Coordinating complex and sensitive projects while respecting the positioning and risks associated with the project.
Engaging in continuous learning and adaptation to improve project outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications: The required qualifications for this position include:
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in advocacy within a consortium setting.
In-depth legal knowledge and understanding of human rights mechanisms, advocacy campaigns, and media utilization, including communication actions.
Strong ability to coordinate complex projects in collaboration with partners while managing associated risks.
Proficiency in research methodologies and the ability to prepare analytical tools and communication materials.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to organizational procedures.
Educational Background: Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Human Rights, or Law. This educational background is essential to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the legal frameworks and advocacy strategies necessary for the role.
Experience: The position requires a minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in advocacy, particularly within a consortium context. This experience should demonstrate the candidate's ability to navigate complex project environments and engage effectively with various stakeholders.
Languages: Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory for this position. Proficiency in additional languages may be considered an asset, enhancing the candidate's ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and partners.

The role is full-time, based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis). The salary ranges from €41,000 to €50,000 gross annually, depending on experience. Employees are entitled to 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT. Health coverage and other benefits include 80% coverage by ACF, salary maintenance provisions for illness, maternity, and paternity, as well as transportation allowances covering 50% of the commuting costs.
