Job Overview:
The Online Volunteer position is designed to enhance the organizational capacity of Rescue Mission for Street Life by developing a structured funding prospect mapping database. This role is crucial for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's funding research efforts, which are currently conducted in a fragmented manner. • Organize the identified funding prospects into a structured database that allows for easy access and analysis.
• Categorize the prospects based on various criteria such as funding size, geographic focus, thematic alignment, and application deadlines.
• Develop a prioritization framework that will assist in strategic outreach efforts to potential funders.
• Deliver a clean, structured, and editable database in either Google Sheets or Excel format. The final deliverable will be a complete, structured, and prioritized funding prospect database that the organization can utilize for its resource mobilization efforts.
