Job Overview:
The Implementation Assistant plays a crucial role in the operational implementation and follow-up of individual fundraising initiatives developed within organizational alliances with third parties. This position is primarily focused on executing marketing and fundraising initiatives, ensuring that activities are implemented as planned. The Implementation Assistant will work closely with various UNICEF teams, including Corporate Partnerships, Face-to-Face (F2F), Digital Fundraising, Telemarketing, and Communications, as well as external stakeholders such as advertising agencies and implementation partners. The role requires regular tracking and reporting of the status of each initiative and its associated KPIs to the Acquisition Officer and the team, contributing to informed operational decision-making and continuous improvement of fundraising initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective operational implementation of individual fundraising initiatives in line with agreed plans and guidelines.
  • Support operational coordination among UNICEF teams and external providers involved in fundraising initiatives.
  • Monitor operational performance through tracking of agreed indicators and results.
  • Report on progress and performance of fundraising initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement by proposing execution-focused ideas and operational enhancements.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of fundraising strategies.
  • Analyze results to identify gaps in implementation and suggest practical improvements.
  • Maintain communication with external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to fundraising activities and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum requirements include completion of secondary education, with technical and/or university-level courses in marketing, sales, publicity, communication, business administration, or related areas being an asset. Candidates should have at least 4 years of relevant work experience in operational implementation, coordination, or execution of marketing, fundraising, or commercial initiatives. Skills required include experience in supporting the implementation of campaigns involving multiple stakeholders, operational follow-up, coordination of activities, and monitoring of results or performance indicators. Experience working with external suppliers or service providers is considered an asset, particularly in fundraising, marketing, communications, sales support, or project implementation environments.

Educational Background:
Candidates are required to have completed secondary education. Technical and/or university-level courses in relevant fields such as marketing, sales, publicity, communication, or business administration will be advantageous for applicants.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 4 years of responsible and relevant work experience in roles related to operational implementation, coordination, or execution of marketing, fundraising, or commercial initiatives. Candidates should demonstrate experience in managing campaigns or initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders, as well as operational follow-up and performance monitoring.

Languages:
Fluency in Spanish is essential for this position, along with a working knowledge of English. Excellent communication and writing skills in Spanish are required to effectively engage with stakeholders and report on initiatives.
