Job Overview:
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing a significant project aimed at upgrading and integrating various ERP systems used by MSF. This position involves collaborating closely with the Senior Project Manager and a dedicated project team to ensure the successful delivery of the project. The Project Manager will be responsible for both Project Management and Change Management components, which include planning, coordination, documentation, stakeholder management, and effective communication. The role is designed to ensure that the project is executed efficiently throughout its lifecycle, while also providing opportunities for professional growth within the organization. The successful candidate will be expected to navigate the complexities of the project, which involves multiple operational directorates and diverse stakeholder engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and technical documents in compliance with established project management protocols. This includes planning and coordinating logistics for meetings and workshops, tracking project progress, identifying risks or issues, and escalating them as necessary. The Project Manager will support the project team in planning, executing, and closing project activities on time and within budget. In terms of Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement, the Project Manager will develop and implement strategies to support project objectives, identify and analyze stakeholder impacts, and facilitate stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. This includes organizing information sessions, workshops, and monitoring change adoption and readiness.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess strong project management skills, including experience with project documentation and stakeholder management. Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. The ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage change is critical. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of project management methodologies and possess the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field is required. Additional certifications in project management (such as PMP or PRINCE2) are highly desirable and will be considered an asset.

Experience:
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the humanitarian or non-profit sector. Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders is essential, as well as a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in French is highly desirable. Knowledge of additional languages relevant to MSF's operational contexts would be considered an advantage.

Additional Notes:
The position is a full-time role with a contract duration of 12 months, starting as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be offered a contract in the MSF office of their country of residence at the time of application. Compensation and benefits will be based on MSF's current practices in the relevant entity.
