Job Overview: The Operations Officer (Fragility and Engagement) position is situated within the Fragility and Engagement Division of the Climate Change and Sustainable Development Department (CCSD) at ADB. Duties and Responsibilities: The Operations Officer (Fragility and Engagement) will undertake a variety of duties, including: supporting the implementation of ADB's Civil Society Approach by providing analytical and technical assistance; serving as the division focal point for data management; coordinating with staff and consultants on data collection and reporting; conceptualizing and managing a centralized data management architecture; preparing various data outputs such as dashboards and infographics; assisting teams in updating their results frameworks; contributing to annual reports and knowledge products; exploring new data sources and services; and providing ongoing support for data compilation, quality assurance, analytics, and reporting. The officer will play a key role in ensuring that the division's data management practices are efficient and effective, ultimately enhancing the impact of ADB's initiatives.
