Job Overview: The Enumerator position is integral to IOM's efforts in conducting data collection activities related to the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM). This role involves working closely with stakeholders from the 'Promoting Sustainable and Socially Inclusive Labour Market Integration' project, particularly the Presidency of Migration Management (PMM). The Enumerator will be responsible for conducting both quantitative and qualitative interviews in the field, engaging with individuals from host and migrant communities. The position requires a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards throughout the data collection process. The Enumerator will report daily progress to the Team Leader, addressing any issues or incomplete interviews, and will be expected to conduct interviews in a respectful and culturally appropriate manner. Utilizing established mobile data collection tools is a key aspect of this role, along with submitting daily updates on progress, challenges, and observations to the Team Leader. The Enumerator will also perform any additional duties assigned by their direct supervisor, contributing to the overall success of the project and the organization's mission.

Additional Notes: This position is a volunteer assignment, not employment, and candidates should be aware that the allowances provided are not to be understood as a salary or compensation for work. The monthly living allowance is USD 645.93, paid in Turkish Lira, and includes private insurance coverage for health, dental, life, and dismemberment through CIGNA. An entry allowance of USD 10 is also provided.
