Job Overview: The Enumerator position is a volunteer role within the IOM, where the selected candidate will be responsible for conducting data collection activities in the field, specifically focusing on the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM). Duties and Responsibilities: The Enumerator will have a variety of duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to: conducting quantitative and qualitative interviews in the field with individuals from both host and migrant communities; maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards during interviews; reporting daily progress to the Team Leader and informing them of any issues or incomplete interviews; conducting interviews in a respectful and culturally appropriate manner; utilizing established mobile data collection tools for data gathering; submitting daily updates to the Team Leader regarding progress, challenges, and observations; and performing any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. The Enumerator must ensure that all data collected is accurate and reliable, contributing to the overall objectives of the IOM's projects.
