Job Overview:
The position of Associado(a) de Gestão de Projetos de TI involves managing IT projects within the framework of the Justiça 4.0 program, which is one of the largest digital transformation initiatives in the judiciary worldwide. This role requires close collaboration with the National Justice Council (CNJ) and UNDP teams, focusing on the efficient and effective delivery of technological solutions aimed at improving access to justice in Brazil. The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring project actions, ensuring quality technical outputs, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in project management practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and document project actions, defining goals and priorities, and managing issues that arise during project execution.
  • Support the operational organization of project deliveries, ensuring technical quality and adherence to best practices in development and security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">information security.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, leading agile ceremonies and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Lead and motivate the technical team, distributing tasks and providing constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
  • Manage administrative processes related to system development and project activities, ensuring compliance with institutional procedures.
  • Provide technical support for project initiatives, articulating internal and external solutions.
  • Participate in project execution activities, contributing to technical monitoring and qualitative assessments of outputs.
  • Support knowledge sharing and capacity development relevant to the project.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience (or 4 years with a university degree) in project management. Proficiency in information technology and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite are required. Desired qualifications include experience in IT project management, familiarity with security standards and frameworks, and expertise in agile methodologies. Experience with project management tools such as Jira and GitHub is also advantageous.

Educational Background:
A complete high school diploma is required, while a university degree in fields such as Administration, Law, Public Management, Information Technology, International Relations, or IT Governance is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:
Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience if holding a high school diploma, or 4 years if holding a university degree. Experience in managing IT projects, particularly in the public sector or judiciary, is highly desirable.

Languages:
Fluency in Portuguese is required, while an intermediate level of English is desirable.
