Job Overview: The Field Associate position is a critical role within UNHCR, primarily responsible for supporting field activities and ensuring the effective implementation of UNHCR programs. Required Qualifications: Candidates for the Field Associate position must possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma, or two years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or higher. Essential qualifications include strong IT skills, particularly in computer literacy, and the ability to draft and document effectively. Candidates should also demonstrate multi-stakeholder communication skills, particularly in engaging with partners, government entities, and the community. Experience in program management, including understanding program cycles and reporting standards, is also essential for this role.
