Job Overview:
The primary mission of this position is to manage General Accounting within the Headquarters scope, taking direct responsibility for one or more cycles while participating in others. The role involves implementing legal accounting processes and ACF-defined procedures for the cycles under direct responsibility, as well as occasionally for other cycles. The successful candidate will ensure the management of cycles within their scope, which includes regular analysis, semi-annual reviews, and justifications to statutory auditors. Additionally, the role contributes to the smooth operation of the service by optimizing tools and procedures and supporting other activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Implement legal accounting processes and ACF procedures for assigned cycles.
  • Manage cycles through regular analysis and semi-annual reviews.
  • Provide justifications to statutory auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Optimize accounting tools and procedures to enhance service efficiency.
  • Support other activities within the organization as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current with accounting practices.

Required Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in Accounting is required.
  • Significant experience (at least 2 years) in a similar position, preferably within a headquarters or multi-entity structure.
  • Knowledge of general and analytical accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting ERP systems (experience with UBW is a plus).
  • Advanced skills in Excel and other office tools.
  • Ability to work in an international environment with a professional level of English, both spoken and written.

Educational Background:
A Master's degree in Accounting is mandatory for this position, ensuring that the candidate has a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices necessary for effective performance in the role.

Experience:
Candidates must have at least 2 years of significant experience in a similar accounting position, ideally within a headquarters or multi-entity organization. This experience should demonstrate the ability to manage accounting cycles and contribute to financial reporting and compliance.

Languages:
A professional level of English is mandatory, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate in an international environment. Knowledge of additional languages may be considered an asset but is not required.

  • It is a full-time position based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis). The salary ranges from €37,000 to €44,000 gross annually, depending on experience. Benefits include 25 days of annual leave, 21 RTT days, 80% health coverage by ACF, salary maintenance during illness, maternity, and paternity leave, 50% transport reimbursement, and 60% coverage for meal vouchers. Telework is available for all employees within metropolitan territory, with mandatory in-office presence required four days a month for collective meetings and events, as well as two days during team integration.
