Job Overview:
The position of Administrative Data Analyst and IT Tools is crucial within the Executive Directorate of AMEXCID. The analyst will be responsible for managing and monitoring indicators of international cooperation programs, automating processes for verifying various databases in Excel, generating user-oriented statistical reports, supporting the digitization of historical records, and providing technical operational support to users of internal data management systems. The role emphasizes optimal management of international cooperation programs through data engineering and process automation, as well as the generation of strategic reports with clear visual narratives to support decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor indicators of international cooperation programs to ensure effective tracking of progress and outcomes.
• Automate verification processes for various databases using Excel to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Generate user-oriented statistical reports that provide insights and narratives based on data analysis.
• Support the digitization of historical records to preserve and streamline access to important information.
• Provide technical operational support to users of internal data management systems, ensuring they can effectively utilize the tools available to them.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Computer Science, Systems, or Marketing as a minimum requirement. A Master's degree in the aforementioned fields is not mandatory but will be given due consideration. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree should have at least 2 years of experience in Public Administration and/or management and analysis of databases. Candidates with a Master's degree are not required to have prior experience.

Educational Background:
A Bachelor's degree in Administration, Computer Science, Systems, or Marketing is required. A Master's degree in these fields is preferred but not required. This educational background ensures that candidates have the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills to perform the duties of the position effectively.

Experience:
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Public Administration and/or in managing and analyzing databases if they hold a Bachelor's degree.
