Job Overview:
Under the supervision of the director" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Deputy Director of Studies and Development, the role involves defining, managing, and implementing information system (SI) projects comprehensively to enhance the capacity and efficiency of programs and meet the strategic objectives of ACF France. The position also aims to optimize information sharing and improve performance in humanitarian project management by leading projects focused on the global needs assessment for information sharing within ACF France. The role requires providing support and expertise to Business and SI Managers regarding procedures, rules, and methods. The successful candidate will be the sector reference for the profession, organize the definition of assigned SI projects, pilot SI projects, ensure the sustainability of SI solutions, and contribute to the operational functioning of the IT department.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities for this position include: acting as the sector reference for the profession, organizing the definition of assigned SI projects, piloting SI projects, ensuring the sustainability of SI solutions and capitalizing on them, coherently evolving the functional architecture of the SI and the organization's reference framework in the context of ongoing projects, and contributing to the functioning of the IT department. The role also involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the information systems meet the needs of the organization and its beneficiaries, as well as providing training and support to staff on the use of these systems.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a degree in Engineering or a Master's level university education in management information systems (such as MIAGE or Information Systems). They should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in significant SI projects and in an Agile environment. The ability to work in an international setting is essential, and candidates must be proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a degree in Engineering or a Master's level qualification in management information systems. This educational foundation is crucial for understanding the complexities of information systems and their application in humanitarian contexts.

Experience:
The position requires at least 5 years of experience in managing significant information system projects, particularly in an Agile environment. The employment status is classified as a cadre (executive) position with a fixed-term contract (CDD) lasting 2 months, potentially renewable until 24/03/202
  • The position is full-time, located in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis). The salary ranges from €46,000 to €55,000 gross annually over 13 months, depending on experience. Benefits include 25 days of annual leave and 21 days of RTT (reduction of working time), health coverage with 80% paid by ACF, salary maintenance provisions (sick leave, maternity, paternity), transport allowances covering 50% of the commuting costs, meal vouchers with 60% coverage by the association, and social benefits from the CSE (gift vouchers, reimbursement for cultural activities, etc.). Remote work is available to all employees from the metropolitan territory, with no mandatory in-person presence required except for collective meetings and events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory presence during team integration.
