Job Overview:
The Project Manager for the EPM Transition will lead a critical project aimed at transitioning from the existing SAP BFC system to a new cloud-based Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution. This role is essential for enhancing the financial data collection, consolidation, analysis, and reporting processes within MSF International. The Project Manager will oversee the project from inception to completion, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the established requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders, including the International Finance Team, finance directors, and external partners, to ensure the project's success and the long-term benefits of the new system.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Manage the project plan and activities to ensure quality implementation and stakeholder support, including refining project scope and goals, developing detailed plans, conducting progress reviews, and ensuring compliance with IT standards. 2) Oversee data migration and integration activities, ensuring accuracy and security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security of financial data. 3) Manage the project budget, including planning, monitoring, and securing funding as needed. 4) Supervise and coach the Business Analyst, coordinating the work of colleagues involved in the project. 5) Communicate project goals and progress to stakeholders, ensuring effective change management strategies are in place. 6) Coordinate with external parties, managing contracts and ensuring optimal delivery from vendors. 7) Participate in International Finance team planning activities and support other initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, including experience with large IT projects, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of financial systems. Familiarity with EPM solutions and experience in managing cross-functional teams are essential. The candidate should also demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze risks effectively.

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, information technology, or a related field is required. A master's degree or relevant certifications in project management or finance would be advantageous.

Experience:
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in IT or finance-related projects. Experience with EPM solutions and familiarity with SAP systems will be considered a significant asset.

Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in French or other languages spoken in MSF's operational regions would be considered a plus.

Additional Notes:
This position is a fixed-term contract or consultancy at 100%, intended for a duration of three years, subject to local employment regulations. The starting date is June 01, 2026, and the compensation and benefits will align with MSF's practices. The successful candidate will be offered a contract in the MSF office of their country of residence at the time of application.
