Job Overview: The Operations Assistant position is crucial for providing administrative and operational support within the Financial Sector Office (SD3-FIN) of the Sectors Department 3 (SD3) at ADB. The role involves coordinating various administrative activities and supporting project administration and processing activities related to loans and technical assistance (TA). The Operations Assistant will be responsible for preparing essential loan/grant and TA documents, ensuring compliance with ADB's templates and procedures, and monitoring the progress of TAs and loans under processing.
