Job Overview: The Associate, People Operations role at PSI is designed to provide comprehensive operational and project management support to the HR People Operations team. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Associate, People Operations include:
Providing project management support for various departmental priorities and employee programs.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing new tools and workflows.
Maintaining and administering People Operations automations, events, and travel arrangements.
Creating content for communication platforms and managing HR inboxes.
Offering guidance on routine HR policies and procedures, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
Performing data entry and ensuring data integrity, as well as developing and running custom reports.
Assisting with financial management tasks, including reconciliations and procurement processes.
Supporting external and internal audits by gathering necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with programs.
Performing additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of People Operations. 1
Engaging in continuous improvement of HR processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications: Candidates for the Associate, People Operations position must possess a Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in a related field. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, although an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
