Duties and Responsibilities: The Project Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: providing inputs for the formulation of annual and quarterly work plans to ensure compliance with UNFPA regulations; compiling and analyzing cervical cancer-related information for planning and reporting; coordinating the implementation of assigned projects with national counterparts; providing administrative support for monitoring and evaluation of HPV-related activities; assisting in organizing field visits, meetings, workshops, and events; preparing regular status and progress reports; supporting communication efforts through key messages and media preparations; guiding partners on UNFPA regulations; assisting in advocacy and resource mobilization efforts; and implementing knowledge management strategies to capture lessons learned and best practices.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess completed Secondary Level Education as a minimum requirement, with a first-level university degree being desirable. Additionally, candidates should have at least five years of relevant experience in supporting programme or project management. Proficiency in current office software applications and corporate IT systems is essential. Educational Background: The educational background required for this position includes completed Secondary Level Education as a minimum.
