Duties and Responsibilities:
The Country Director will be tasked with several key responsibilities, including:

• Developing and executing the country strategy to align with NRC's mission and objectives.

• Mobilizing resources and ensuring effective allocation to support operational needs.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess senior management experience, ideally in a Country Director role or similar leadership position. Experience in humanitarian, recovery, or emergency response contexts is essential, along with a strong understanding of advocacy and emergency settings. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated strong representation skills and the ability to navigate complex and volatile environments. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory, as effective communication is critical in this role.

Educational Background:
A relevant educational background is required, typically including a degree in international relations, humanitarian studies, or a related field. Advanced degrees or specialized training in humanitarian response or management may be advantageous.

Experience:
