Job Overview:
The role of the Online Volunteer is to support the preproduction, production, and postproduction of podcast episodes focused on gender statistics. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Online Volunteer will be responsible for several key activities: 1) Contributing to the preproduction, production, and postproduction of up to six podcast episodes, ensuring they meet quality standards and adhere to the planned duration and style. This includes developing and reviewing episode scripts during preproduction, recording audio and video content during production, and editing audio, cleaning sound, mixing, and adding music or effects during postproduction. 2) Assisting in adjusting the publication calendar for the episodes in alignment with the planning of the area. 3) Participating in coordination meetings and providing technical feedback to the UN Women team to ensure the podcast's success.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, particularly in audio and video production. Familiarity with podcasting tools and techniques is essential, as well as an understanding of gender statistics and their importance in promoting gender equality. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to meet deadlines is crucial.
