Job Overview: The People & Culture Partner I serves as a trusted advisor to a defined portfolio of clients, providing frontline support in various P&C disciplines. The P&C Partner I will work under the guidance of a more senior partner and may be responsible for direct support or supervising a project-funded P&C team. Duties and Responsibilities: The P&C Partner I will provide responsive support across all P&C disciplines to an assigned client group, which includes recruiting, compensation, benefits, payroll, training and development, HRIS systems, and work permit visa processes. Responsibilities also include advising on routine employee relations matters, coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and job changes, supporting global/regional P&C policy and program roll-out, creating reports, maintaining documentation, assisting in vendor management, and participating in department-wide strategic P&C initiatives. The role requires the ability to resolve routine to moderately complex P&C issues independently and to provide input into process improvement and system design. The P&C Partner I may also supervise regional or project-funded P&C staff under the guidance of a supervisor.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess intermediate level P&C knowledge, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experience in data analysis and reporting. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office/Teams is essential. The ability to interpret policies and resolve issues is also required. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and the capacity to execute special and ad-hoc projects based on agreed-upon parameters.
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position. The educational background should ideally be in human resources, business administration, or a related field that provides a solid foundation for understanding people and culture dynamics within an organization.
Experience: Candidates should have 8-10 years of experience in P&C roles, particularly in generalist or client-facing positions.
