Job Overview:
The Analyst position at EBRD is integral to the implementation, support, and maintenance of the Bank's platforms and software solutions. The role requires the Analyst to work within a squad as an individual contributor, focusing on developing and maintaining code or infrastructure as part of the lifecycle management of the Bank's systems. The Analyst is expected to simplify complex tasks, make swift decisions, and commit fully to their responsibilities. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences are required. Candidates should also have an awareness of IT security policies and compliance best practices. Educational Background:

Experience:
The position requires proven experience in end-user support, particularly with devices, applications, and basic network and security tasks.
