This role is crucial for ensuring effective communication and partnership management within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities: The intern will have several key missions:
Development and management of media and advertising partnerships, which includes negotiating advertising spaces with various media outlets (print, television, radio, and digital), managing relationships with both national and local media, updating databases, making follow-up calls, and participating in email campaigns.
Production oversight of communication materials, which involves coordinating and monitoring the production of various communication supports such as press announcements, web banners, and TV and radio spots.
Event logistics and partnerships, focusing on the retention and acquisition of partners for the 'Pyramides de chaussures 2026' event, managing partner relationships, partnership agreements, and logistics on the event day.
Performance analysis and monitoring, which includes evaluating and analyzing the results of communication campaigns and operations.
Media monitoring, which involves keeping track of trends, news, and best practices in the media sector to inform communication and partnership strategies.
Required Qualifications: Candidates should be students in their third year of undergraduate studies to master's level in communication, business, marketing, or project management. A solid understanding of communication ecosystems and partnerships is essential. Strong writing skills, good spelling, oral expression, and project management capabilities are required. Candidates should be comfortable with negotiation, telephone outreach, and professional email writing.
