Job Overview:
The purpose of this consultancy is to provide specialized logistical support in the operational management and follow-up of UNICEF Chile's strategic corporate alliances. The consultant will ensure the development of annual plans, risk assessments, implementation of co-created activities with companies, and the delivery of high-quality impact reports. The consultant will work closely with the Private Sector Fundraising (PFP) area to ensure strategic coherence and maximize the overall value of each alliance, including income, visibility, influence, and contribution to country objectives. The consultant will manage a portfolio of corporate partners, ensuring compliance with KPIs, contractual goals, and visibility activities, while also driving opportunities for renewal, expansion, and diversification of each alliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The consultant will be responsible for managing the logistics of the corporate partners' portfolio, ensuring compliance with goals, KPIs, contractual milestones, reports, and joint activities. They will develop and execute annual partnership plans, defining objectives, roadmaps, milestones, and co-branding strategies. The consultant will monitor performance, risks, and financial and non-financial commitments, coordinate impact narratives, programmatic reports, and financial reports, and ensure compliance with UNICEF brand guidelines and internal validations. They will also manage annual accountability reports for the alliances. Additionally, the consultant will identify opportunities for renewal, organic growth, and multi-year expansion of existing alliances, design and propose strategies for maximizing shared value, and implement innovative collaboration models such as solidarity campaigns, digital and in-person activations, cause-related products, payroll giving, corporate volunteering, sustainability initiatives, and internal engagement. They will coordinate and support the implementation of campaigns with private partners, ensuring proper articulation between internal areas and external counterparts, and will conduct follow-ups on results, learnings, and optimization opportunities. The consultant will maintain updated and consistent information on alliances, pipeline, forecasts, and performance in Salesforce and other corporate systems, and will prepare follow-up reports, performance analyses, and reports for internal decision-making instances. They will systematize best practices, learnings, materials, and tools to strengthen the management of partnerships in the area and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, indicators, and partnership management models.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should be a professional in Administration, International Relations, Marketing, Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or related fields. They must have at least 5 years of experience in corporate alliances, fundraising, business development, or strategic account management. Knowledge of sustainability, SDGs, children's rights, corporate philanthropy, and impact models is essential. The candidate should have experience in negotiation, proposal design, strategic analysis, and high-level relationship management. Competencies in analysis, executive communication, storytelling, planning, and crisis management are also required.

Educational Background:
A relevant educational background in fields such as Administration, International Relations, Marketing, Communications, Business, or Social Sciences is required for this position. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of corporate partnerships and fundraising strategies, as well as knowledge of the social impact sector.

Experience:
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing corporate alliances, fundraising, business development, or strategic account management. This experience should demonstrate a proven track record of successful partnership management and the ability to drive results in a complex organizational environment.

Languages:
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, as it is the primary language of communication. Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is also required to facilitate communication with international stakeholders and partners.

Additional Notes:
The consultancy is expected to be conducted on a part-time basis, with an estimated maximum availability of 135 hours per month, which may vary according to the needs of the area. The payment will be made monthly based on the hours worked and according to the work plan and deliverables established in the service contract. The consultant must submit a financial proposal indicating the hourly rate for the services defined in this call, which will remain unchanged during the duration of the Long-Term Agreement, except for annual adjustments based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI). All deliverables produced will be the property of UNICEF, and the consultant will not share any content or materials with third parties without written authorization from UNICEF.
