Job Overview: The Green Economic Transformation & Inclusive Development Specialist will serve as a National Consultant, focusing on promoting sustainable economic practices and inclusive development strategies within Vietnam. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Green Economic Transformation & Inclusive Development Specialist include conducting comprehensive assessments of existing economic policies and practices in Vietnam, developing strategic frameworks for green economic transformation, facilitating stakeholder consultations to gather input and foster collaboration, and providing technical guidance on best practices for inclusive development. The specialist will also be responsible for preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to UNDP and other stakeholders. Experience: The position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in economic development, sustainability, or a related field. Experience working in Vietnam or similar contexts is highly desirable. Candidates should have a history of successfully managing projects that involve multiple stakeholders and demonstrate the ability to deliver results in complex environments. Previous experience with UNDP or other international organizations will be an advantage.
Languages: Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is mandatory for this position, as the specialist will need to communicate effectively with local stakeholders and produce reports in both languages.
