Job Overview:
CIMMYT is currently building a roster of qualified professionals for various IT-related positions, which will be utilized for future hiring needs. The roles include Business Analysis, ERP Analysis, Data & Analytics, Development, Project Management, and Full-Stack Development. These positions are designed to collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, and value-driven solutions across the organization. The ideal candidates will serve as strategic partners between business and technology, contributing to the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise solutions, primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The positions will be based in various locations where CIMMYT operates, allowing for flexibility and a diverse working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities for these IT-related positions include acting as a trusted liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating business needs into actionable technical or functional requirements. Candidates will support the full solution lifecycle, which encompasses requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and user adoption. They will collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, Science, and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions. Additionally, they will contribute to the optimization and automation of business processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability. Responsibilities also include leading testing activities, defining acceptance criteria, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensuring that solutions meet business expectations. Maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, and ensuring compliance with security and governance frameworks are also key responsibilities. Furthermore, candidates will participate in continuous improvement initiatives and communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing status updates and risk assessments.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration. They should have considerable practical experience in one or more of the following areas: Business Analysis, ERP (Dynamics 365), Data & Analytics, Software Development, or IT Project Management. A strong understanding of enterprise systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, is essential. Experience working within structured delivery frameworks such as SDLC, Agile, ITIL, and PMO is also required. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to analyze complex business processes and propose practical, technology-enabled solutions. Experience collaborating with vendors, consultants, and internal technical teams is necessary, along with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills are crucial for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for these positions includes a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration. This foundational education is critical for understanding the technical and business aspects of the roles, enabling candidates to effectively bridge the gap between IT and business needs.

Experience:
