Job Overview:
The Senior Broadcast and Conference Operations Operator (Supervisor) plays a crucial role within the Information and Communications Technology Services Section (ICTSS) of the Division of Publications Conference and Knowledge Management (PCKMD) at ECA. This position is responsible for overseeing studio production operations, conference operations, and managing audio/video systems, including microphone management and simultaneous interpretation systems. The incumbent will lead the design and installation of hybrid conferencing systems, ensuring seamless integration of virtual platforms with physical AV infrastructure. The role also involves supervising livestreaming services, managing digital signage, and maintaining technical documentation for computer application systems. The supervisor will coordinate with various departments to plan resources for events and provide technical support for meetings and conferences, both at headquarters and in other locations. The position requires a proactive approach to technology, with a focus on continuous improvement and adaptation to new developments in the field.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Candidates must have a minimum of ten years of experience in technical conference operations, broadcast operations, or related fields. Experience with AV systems over internet protocol and in a broadcast LAN environment is desirable, as is familiarity with LED video walls and the application of artificial intelligence in conferencing technology. Experience in data analytics or related areas is also a plus.

Languages:
