Job Overview:
The Young Professional position within the Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP) Digital Team at UNICEF Thailand is a structured opportunity designed for enrolled university students (third year or above) or recent graduates who are passionate about children's rights. This role focuses on gaining hands-on experience in digital content creation, graphic design, and performance media. The selected candidate will engage in real-world digital engagement work, connecting audiences to UNICEF’s mission through innovative storytelling and data-driven campaigns. The position is part-time, approximately 16-24 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements to accommodate academic schedules, and has a duration of 4 months with a possibility of a 2-month extension.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Digital Fundraising Team, the Young Professional will be responsible for assisting in research and drafting digital content for fundraising campaigns. They will support the planning and execution of performance media campaigns, including creative ideation, A/B testing, and performance tracking. Additionally, the role involves assisting in copywriting for content optimization across various platforms to enhance engagement and conversion rates. The Young Professional will also participate in learning and development activities, receiving coaching and mentorship while building a portfolio of creative and strategic projects.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must be enrolled university students (third-year or beyond) or recent graduates in relevant fields such as marketing, communications, or digital media. A demonstrated interest in children’s rights, development, or humanitarian work is essential. Good communication and collaboration skills, the ability to work independently, and effective time management are required. Candidates should also possess a basic understanding of digital platforms, including social media, email, and websites. Specific qualifications include strong creative thinking and storytelling skills, an empathy-driven approach to content creation, familiarity with major social media platforms, and a basic knowledge of content planning and audience engagement strategies. Experience with writing, editing, or multimedia production is a plus, as is an interest in performance media and data-driven content strategies.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes being an enrolled university student in their third year or above or a recent graduate in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, or digital media. This educational foundation is crucial for understanding the principles of digital engagement and content creation.

Experience:
The position requires candidates to have some level of experience, ideally through academic projects, internships, or freelance work related to digital content creation, marketing, or communications. While specific years of experience are not mandated, familiarity with digital platforms and content production is highly beneficial.

Languages:
