Job Overview: The Human Resources Department (HRD) of the IMF is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Human Resources Officer within its Talent team in the HR Operations Division. This role is pivotal in managing recruitment operations across the Fund, ensuring that the recruitment process aligns with the institutional needs and departmental requirements. The selected candidate will work under the general supervision of the Division Chief, Deputy Division Chief, or Section Chief, and will be responsible for overseeing both external and internal recruitment operations for various job categories. Duties and Responsibilities: The Human Resources Officer will have a comprehensive set of duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to: managing recruitment operations for HQ A1-B3 vacancies, providing guidance to departmental HR teams on recruitment matters, coordinating with Client Services colleagues throughout the recruitment life cycle, ensuring smooth delivery of Talent operations, responding to inquiries related to recruitment policies and procedures, engaging with Talent and Total Rewards Centers of Expertise, contributing to the design and implementation of recruitment policies, analyzing recruitment data and preparing reports, leveraging AI tools to enhance the recruitment process, participating in continuous improvement initiatives, and performing other duties as assigned by the management.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a strong educational background, typically acquired through the completion of an advanced university degree in Human Resources or a related field. Alternatively, a university degree supplemented by a minimum of six years of relevant professional experience is acceptable. Additionally, candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience at grade A08 or equivalent. A broad knowledge of HR programs and operations, particularly in recruitment policies and procedures, is essential. The ability to handle confidential matters with discretion, collaborate across various stakeholder groups, and exhibit strong interpersonal skills is crucial.
