Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Identity Management Support position include:
  • Assisting with the scheduling and reception of asylum seekers and refugees for documentation renewal.
  • Actively participating in the renewal process and handling routine cases in line with UNHCR standards.
  • Conducting interviews with individuals when required to gather necessary information for documentation.
  • Providing counselling to persons of concern regarding renewal procedures and their rights.
  • Responding to queries from individuals and ensuring timely referrals for those with specific needs.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in UNHCR systems related to identity management.
  • Contributing to data entry and reporting efforts to support identity management activities.
  • Assisting in the preparation of statistics and documentation related to identity management and reception.
