The incumbent will play a vital role in ensuring that documentation is processed in a timely manner, facilitating access to the identified solutions for persons of concern. Additionally, the position involves maintaining electronic databases related to resettlement and other pathways, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with procedures, and preparing statistical reports as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Case Processing Team Member include:
  • Actively engaging in profiling, screening, and interviewing refugees to assess their needs for durable solutions.
  • Preparing all necessary assessment reports and documentation in accordance with relevant SOPs.
  • Providing counseling to refugees and other persons of concern to assist them in identifying the most appropriate durable solution.
  • Ensuring timely processing of documents to facilitate access to identified solutions for persons of concern.
  • Updating and maintaining electronic databases for resettlement, voluntary repatriation, and complementary pathways, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
  • Preparing statistical and ad-hoc reports, drafting and submitting documentation related to durable solutions, and entering data into systems as required.
  • Conducting Vulnerability Assessments for complex and urgent cases as needed.
  • Supporting identity management activities when necessary.
  • Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of the case processing team.
