Job Overview: The Practical Electric Mobility Training Programme aims to conduct two training sessions in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, focusing on electric mobility. One training will target garage technicians, while the other will cater to students from Technical and Vocational Education and Training Institutions (TVETs) and universities. The program is designed to develop hands-on skills and technical understanding of electric vehicle technologies, including two- and three-wheeler vehicles, charging infrastructure, battery systems, and safety procedures. Participants will gain practical knowledge of electric vehicle (EV) systems, including the fundamentals of EV drivetrains and charging infrastructure. The training will also cover key aspects of EV troubleshooting, repair and maintenance, battery diagnostics, and occupational safety and health. The program aims to bridge the skills gap in Tanzania's e-mobility sector, enhance employability, and support the country's transition to clean and modern transport solutions.

Additionally, the organization must have the capacity to conduct training in both Kiswahili and English, ensuring effective communication with participants. The proposal should also highlight the qualifications of key professional staff involved in the training.

The lead organization must be legally registered in Tanzania, and partnerships with organizations from other countries are permitted, provided the lead organization is Tanzania-based. The EOI should include a summary of relevant experience, a conceptual approach to the training, details of proposed team members, an indicative timeframe for training modules, and an estimated budget and resource requirements.
