The organization focuses on providing services and advice concerning migration to governments and migrants alike, ensuring that migration is safe, orderly, and dignified. IOM's work encompasses a wide range of areas including health, humanitarian assistance, and development, with a strong emphasis on the protection of vulnerable migrants.

Job Overview:
The Consultant will play a crucial role in supporting the mental health and well-being of migrants through the organization of sports activities at IOM centers. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including the Protection Coordinator and the SMSPS Officer, to ensure that the activities are tailored to the needs of the migrants. The Consultant will be responsible for planning, facilitating, and evaluating sports activities that promote physical health, social interaction, and positive relationships among participants. The role is designed to enhance the overall well-being of migrants, providing them with opportunities to engage in recreational activities that foster community and support.

The Consultant will also be responsible for ensuring that the activities are inclusive and accessible to all migrants, particularly those who are vulnerable.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a degree in physical education and have a minimum of 10 years of coaching experience. Proven skills and experience in implementing sports activities are essential. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple activities effectively, prioritize tasks, plan, and execute programs efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with adolescents in a multicultural environment are also required.
