Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas will be considered an asset. Continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest trends in data analytics and quality engineering are highly encouraged.
Experience: Candidates should have extensive experience in quality engineering management and operations, particularly within agile environments. A strong background in testing data platforms and data engineering solutions on Microsoft Intelligent Data Platform, including Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks, is essential. Experience with Azure DevOps and familiarity with performance testing and automation tools is also required. The role demands a proven track record of working in high-stakes environments where quality assurance is critical to business success.
