Job Overview:
The Data & Analytics Delivery Manager will play a crucial role in driving enterprise-scale Data & Analytics transformation within the organization. This position involves owning complex, cross-functional programs that aim to unlock the full value of data across the organization. The successful candidate will lead multiple squads in delivering cutting-edge analytics, data engineering, and business intelligence solutions, ensuring that all initiatives align with the strategic technology objectives of the organization. Responsibilities include managing Agile delivery processes, mentoring teams on Agile best practices, and embedding continuous improvement into the enterprise analytics framework. The role requires a proactive approach to managing risks, dependencies, and delivery governance while optimizing processes for various platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Azure Integration Services. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and is eager to transform data into actionable intelligence that drives decision-making at scale.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Data & Analytics Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading and taking ownership of complex, cross-functional IT delivery programs across multiple squads. Key responsibilities include managing Agile delivery processes to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery of IT solutions that meet business value and technical outcomes. The manager will build and maintain relationships with senior IT and business stakeholders, instilling a product mindset and ensuring clear communication on delivery goals, progress, risks, and outcomes. Additionally, the role involves mentoring and coaching team members on Agile delivery best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and self-organization, and implementing improvements to Agile delivery practices across multiple squads. The manager will also ensure that all aspects of delivery governance are met, including managing stage gates, budgets, and financial controls, and facilitating the preparation of business cases for IT projects.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess an expert understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, with significant experience in leading complex, cross-functional technology delivery programs. In-depth knowledge of Waterfall and hybrid adaptive delivery frameworks is essential, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills to engage effectively with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing multiple teams and driving delivery outcomes, along with proven experience in scaling Agile practices across an organization. Additionally, expertise in risk and dependency management is required, as well as experience in large-scale, cross-functional delivery.

Educational Background:
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a delivery, Agile, or business-related field is required. Advanced Agile certifications, such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Advanced ScrumMaster (A-CSM), are highly desirable and demonstrate in-depth Agile expertise.

Experience:
Candidates should have extensive experience in Agile delivery, with a strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs and projects. Proven success in managing and resolving risks, dependencies, and issues at an enterprise level is essential, along with experience in navigating complexity in enterprise environments.

Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus, particularly those relevant to the regions served by EBRD.

Additional Notes:
This position is a fixed-term contract lasting for 3 years. The role is full-time and offers hybrid working arrangements, with a minimum expectation of collaborating in person three days a week.
