Duties and Responsibilities:
The Assistant Analyst will have a diverse set of responsibilities, including but not limited to: assisting in the delivery of the Communications Department's goals; producing, distributing, and measuring the effectiveness of communication products; updating and creating content for various communications channels; supporting the introduction of new communication channels; researching the latest communications practices; developing and maintaining a robust network of internal contacts within the EBRD to access key information; and providing coordination support for other project activities across the communications spectrum. The role requires a high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring that all communications are aligned with the Bank's strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Assistant Analyst position should possess a university degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. They should have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in communications, ideally within a financial or international organization. A good understanding of the Bank's operations and the ability to engage with various stakeholders is essential. Candidates should also demonstrate strong writing skills, including editorial accuracy and the ability to edit content concisely.
