Job Overview:
The position of Voluntario de las Naciones Unidas (VNU) involves working under the supervision of the Digital Fundraising Officer or their designated representative. The volunteer will manage and follow up on leads from digital telemarketing campaigns, ensuring proper assignment, timely contact, and conversion to partners. The role requires constant analysis of lead quality and volume to meet acquisition goals, collaboration in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and proposing immediate optimization actions. The volunteer will also analyze digital lead sources, prepare monitoring reports, conduct specialized training for teams, and contribute to the selection process of new telemarketing fundraisers. The VNU is expected to integrate into the VNU program's mandate and promote voluntary action within communities, dedicating part of their time to recommended activities such as enhancing understanding of volunteering, reporting on experiences, and supporting local volunteer initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and track the flow of leads in digital telemarketing campaigns, ensuring correct assignment and timely contact.
  • Contribute to verifying compliance with acquisition goals by analyzing lead quality and volume.
  • Collaborate in daily monitoring of KPIs related to telemarketing and digital performance, proposing immediate optimization actions.
  • Analyze digital lead sources and segmentation, identifying improvement opportunities for audience management.
  • Prepare monitoring reports on call quality and propose improvements for lead management.
  • Develop and conduct specialized training on lead management and digital sales for new and senior teams.
  • Provide key information to teams for monthly closures and planning objectives.
  • Participate in the selection process of new telemarketing fundraisers, ensuring profiles with relevant experience.
  • Coordinate calibration meetings and work plans with call center supervisors, following up on agreements and proposing improvements. 1
  • Monitor operational and digital management results, alerting deviations in indicators for timely calibration. 1
  • Prepare weekly diagnostics and reports on deviations, opportunities, and implemented actions, focusing on lead efficiency and quality.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to the principles of volunteering. They should demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and respect for diversity. The role requires flexibility and a genuine commitment to UNICEF's mission and values. Experience in digital fundraising or telemarketing is highly desirable, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Educational Background:
A background in social sciences, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and fundraising principles, as well as experience in managing leads and analyzing performance metrics.

Experience:
The position requires prior experience in fundraising, telemarketing, or digital marketing. Candidates should have a proven track record of meeting performance targets and managing projects effectively. Experience in training or mentoring others is also beneficial, as the role involves developing training programs for new team members.

Languages:
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, given the local context of the position. Proficiency in English is considered an asset, as it may facilitate communication with international teams and stakeholders.

Additional Notes:
The contract duration is subject to funding availability and operational needs, with the possibility of extensions. However, renewal is not guaranteed. The volunteer will be responsible for securing their own housing and living essentials. The position offers a monthly living allowance of S/ 5,009, health and life insurance, annual leave, medical leave, and parental leave if applicable. Additionally, the program provides reimbursement for travel costs and access to online learning courses.
