Job Overview:
The position of Voluntary Resource Mobilization Support is crucial for advancing ONU Mujeres' mission in Venezuela. Additionally, they will contribute to drafting strategic documents that will aid in resource mobilization efforts, including conceptual notes and project proposal inputs. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct mapping of bilateral and multilateral donors, foundations, and philanthropic organizations interested in financing projects aligned with ONU Mujeres' mandate.
• Identify open calls or upcoming opportunities for funding that the ONU Mujeres Venezuela office can apply for directly.
• Systematize information in matrices and donor profiles that include eligibility criteria, available amounts, thematic priorities, and windows of opportunity.
• Assist in drafting strategic documents for resource mobilization, including strategies, concept notes, and inputs for project proposals.
• Contribute to comparative analyses of cooperation priorities among different countries and foundations.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical feedback to the office team.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a solid understanding of resource mobilization strategies. They should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with gender issues and the mission of ONU Mujeres is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a commitment to promoting gender equality and women's empowerment.

Educational Background:
A background in social sciences, international relations, development studies, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have a strong academic record and relevant coursework that supports their understanding of resource mobilization and gender issues.

Experience:
