Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities for these positions include, but are not limited to: performing tasks within the management services portfolio to support effective service delivery; gathering data and preparing basic analyses to contribute to effective resource management; processing routine actions related to procurement, finance, human resources, and other relevant areas; managing and maintaining physical and digital records in accordance with established procedures; serving as the first point of contact for internal inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses to facilitate problem resolution; participating in and suggesting improvements to procedures and practices to support continuous service enhancement; utilizing digital tools and technology applications to improve work practices and service delivery; providing administrative support for inter-agency initiatives aimed at achieving cost savings and improving service quality; liaising with other functions and third-party contractors to ensure effective service delivery; advising and guiding subordinate staff in their duties; and preparing for and responding to emergencies as directed by the supervisor. Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience in administration or service management, particularly in asset management, facilities, fleet, travel, or protocol within a comparable organization. Experience in a UN environment is preferred. Candidates should have a solid understanding of data collection, reporting, and basic operational analysis, including inventory management, fleet indicators, and travel costs. They should also demonstrate experience in providing user support and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. A strong understanding of WFP's management services rules, policies, procedures, and systems is essential, along with a willingness to learn and adapt. For specific roles, experience in travel processes and asset management or protocol and liaison with authorities is required.
Educational Background: The minimum educational requirement for these positions is a secondary school diploma (Baccalauréat) along with a post-secondary certificate in administration, management, or finance.
