Job Overview:
The UNV-CYVA Full-Funding Partnership, which is a collaboration between the Chinese Young Volunteers Association (CYVA), the United Nations Volunteers (UNV), and the China International Center for Economic and Technical Exchanges (CICETE), aims to contribute to peace and development through volunteerism. Since its inception, this partnership has successfully deployed over 180 Chinese UN Volunteers to serve in various UN agencies across 40 countries and regions. With the launch of the new 2025-2026 cohort, the Project Management Office is seeking the support of Online Volunteers to assist in arranging and scheduling activities while promoting Sustainable Development Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals. The Online Volunteers will play a crucial role in supporting the communications team in developing an outreach and social media campaign, ensuring that all campaign activities are well-coordinated and effectively communicated to all stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Online Volunteers will be responsible for coordinating and finalizing the schedule for all campaign activities, ensuring seamless alignment and timely communication with all stakeholders under the supervision of the communications team. They will act as a liaison between organizers and participants, facilitating efficient information flow and ensuring clarity on all operational details. Additionally, they will support the procurement and preparation of essential resources, including promotional materials, participant accommodations, and logistical necessities, to ensure the successful execution of campaign activities. The Online Volunteers will also be expected to participate in calls via Zoom or Tencent meeting Teams for close coordination and discussion.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment. Experience in social media management and outreach campaigns is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a commitment to the values of volunteerism and the mission of the United Nations.

Educational Background:
