Job Overview:
The PSP Assistant (Data-Processing) position is crucial for supporting the insourced payment processing and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the fundraising database. The role involves managing donation records, particularly recurring donations, and performing data-related reporting and analysis to bolster fundraising activities. The assistant will play a key role in the implementation of Salesforce as the CRM platform for managing donor relationships and fundraising efforts. This position requires a proactive approach to data management, ensuring that all donations are accurately recorded and that the database is maintained to the highest standards. The assistant will also be involved in user acceptance testing of new systems and will coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the PSP Assistant (Data-Processing) include supporting the implementation of insourced payment processing, coordinating with vendors on payment processing issues, and monitoring data consistency across multiple channels. The assistant will perform user acceptance tests, undertake regular data administration tasks, and ensure accurate processing of donations. Responsibilities also include monitoring failed transactions, resubscribing terminated donations, preparing reports for fundraising teams, and implementing strategies for data processing and analysis. The assistant will act as a focal point for data processing operations, support enhancements to data processing systems, and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws. Additionally, the role involves tracking donor statuses and analyzing payment approval rates.

Required Qualifications:
The position requires a completion of a High School Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree that equips the candidate to perform the necessary duties. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of work experience with a High School Diploma or no experience with a Bachelor’s degree. Proven experience in fundraising or sales environments, particularly in data and payment processing, is essential. Familiarity with managing donor or customer records within a CRM database is required, and experience with data analytics is advantageous. Candidates should also possess strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Educational Background:
Candidates must have completed at least a High School Diploma, with a Bachelor’s degree being preferred. The educational background should enable the candidate to perform the duties associated with data processing and management effectively.

Experience:
The position requires at least 1 year of relevant work experience for candidates with a High School Diploma, while those with a Bachelor’s degree are not required to have prior experience. Experience in a fundraising or sales environment, particularly related to data and payment processing, is highly valued. Familiarity with donor management and customer relationship databases is also important.

Languages:
Proficiency in written and spoken Thai and English is mandatory for this position. Additional language skills may be beneficial but are not required.
