Previous experience in proofreading and editing, particularly in academic or research contexts, is highly desirable. Familiarity with UNICEF's mission and work related to children's rights will be an advantage.

Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Spanish is also required, as the document includes a Spanish version that needs to be edited. Knowledge of additional languages would be beneficial but is not mandatory.

Additional Notes:
This is a volunteer position, and the duration of the contract is not specified. The role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in working hours. The volunteer will be expected to commit to completing the editing process within the specified timeframe, which will be discussed upon selection.
