Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct a structured review of the social, cultural, and ethnic dynamics in Al-Hasakah governorate, focusing on identifying conflict drivers and opportunities for cohesion.
• Provide a comprehensive 3–5 page summary report that outlines key sensitivities, rituals, values, and social networks across various ethnic and sectarian groups.
• Analyze the draft Social Cohesion Strategy (if provided) and submit a 1–2 page feedback report on its relevance, inclusivity, and potential risks.
• Recommend at least 3–5 context-adapted interventions that emphasize inclusivity and sustainability.
• Participate in 1–2 virtual review sessions with the UNDP team to present findings and recommendations, ensuring that the insights gathered are effectively communicated and utilized in the strategy development process.
